Ambition AXA Awards initiative is a programme which runs every two years. The awards are open to all talented 11-18 year olds to nominate themselves for a mentoring package worth up to £40,000.

There are five categories, each of which will have an individual winner. The categories are:

·         Sport

·         Arts

·         Science

·         Community

·         Enterprise.

Entries will be judged by a panel of celebrity experts, with an awards ceremony later in the year in the country’s capital London.

This is a wonderful chance to encourage younger children to pursue their abilities, Jim says, ‘I fully support this positive scheme, which is such a good opportunity to encourage young people to showcase their talents.’
